Please give us at least 24 hours notice by calling on: 020 7482 6200. As we are only open on Mondays and Wednesdays, 24 hours in this case means that you will need to give us notice of cancellation on either the Monday or Wednesday BEFORE the appointment you wish to cancel.

If you wish to cancel an appointment made for Monday  June 9 you will need to give us notice by the PRECEEDING Wednesday June 4.
